**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekends and nights (Central Standard Time - CST). As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. **Responsibilities**

As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative & Account Manager, you'll be responsible for:

* Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Processing customer service requests, updating customer portals, and working with careerzynith Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates
* Uploading documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, using Excel to analyze data and identify trends
* Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for internal and external customers

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* At least 3 years of experience in customer care, preferably in a similar industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
* Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, analyze data, and identify trends
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* A detail-oriented approach, with a focus on accuracy and quality
