What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
ā¢ Provide tiered support for call in, email, or chat generated incidents
ā¢ Manage incidents using incident management, knowledge base, and request fulfillment processes
ā¢ Maintain activity data for timeliness, accuracy, relevancy, escalation, and status
ā¢ Intake tickets and be the first remote support person for the organization
ā¢ Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely with software and hardware functions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
ā¢ 3+ years of experience in a Help Desk role working remotely
ā¢ Experience working with POS systems at retail stores
ā¢ 6+ months of experience supporting PC software, hardware, and peripherals in an office environment
ā¢ Experience working on Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft Suite tools
ā¢ Experience using Cisco Jabber for phone calls
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
ā¢ Bilingual in Spanish
