**Responsibilities:**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our clients' customers
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver an exceptional support experience
* Working with a team to resolve customer issues and provide memorable and delightful experiences
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide accurate and efficient support
* Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and performance

**Qualifications:**
* Flexible to the needs of the business
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* 18 years of age
**Equipment and Internet Requirements:**
* Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
* Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* A working phone line (home phone or mobile)
* Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
