HYR Global Source Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Consultant to support a large-scale end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation. The consultant will collaborate closely with senior finance stakeholders and cross-functional teams, acting as a key bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure successful delivery across all phases of the implementation lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesClient & Stakeholder EngagementPartner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutionsAct as the primary liaison between business users, implementation partners, and technical teamsProvide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to leadershipServe as SME for Oracle Cloud Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, and P2PConduct requirement gathering, process analysis, and solution design workshopsConfigure Oracle Financials modules aligned with business needs and best practicesLead and support CRP, SIT, and UAT cycles including test planning, execution, and defect resolutionReview deliverables to ensure alignment with functional requirementsSupport production cutover activities and post-go-live stabilizationSupport data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliationWork with technical teams on FBDI templates and data load processesProvide functional input for integrations with external systems such as tax engines and banking platformsSupport reporting requirements using OTBI and BI PublisherCollaborate with technical teams on API and integration validationSkillsBachelor s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related fieldMinimum 12 Years Of Experience Required8+ years of experience in Oracle FinancialsMinimum 2 3 Oracle Cloud Financials implementation experienceStrong hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processesSolid understanding of accounting principles including journals, P&L, and balance sheetExperience in end-to-end implementation lifecycle including testing and cutoverStrong stakeholder communication and documentation skillsExperience with Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS/FAH)Exposure to integrations using OIC or web servicesExperience working in large enterprise environmentsBackground in finance or accounting is a plusBenefits100% REMOTEW2 Only - ANY VISACompany OverviewEstablished in 2013.
