Care Assistant - Late Afternoon
Company Description: We are currently seeking an Care Assistant with Late afternoon availability to work 4.15pm - 9pm + Alternate Weekends. Must hold UK driving license due to the necessity of accompanying clients to various locations. We believe building relationships is important; our Late Afternoon Care Assistant's are paired with clients based on mutual interests and have minimum 1 hour visits to provide time to care. We have an exciting opportunity for a Late Afternoon Care Assistant to join our Mansfield team. Our Care Assistant's can offer support to our Clients by : Providing personal care, including support for daily hygiene routines. Assisting with mobility to ensure safe movement. Offering companionship for emotional well-being. Completing housekeeping tasks if and when required such as laundry and light cleaning. Accompanying clients to activities, appointments and shopping. Managing medication, including collecting prescriptions and offering reminders. Meal preparation and planning to clients’ specific requirements.
