Key Responsibilities

Engage with veterinary professionals through various channels, including live chats, phone calls, emails, and internal discussion boards, to provide support and resolve queries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help evolve our platform and improve the user experience
Utilize intercom and other chat platforms to respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, its features, and its applications to provide accurate and helpful support
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple concurrent responsibilities and adapting quickly to changing priorities
Foster a positive and supportive community by providing excellent customer service, patience, and compassion when handling difficult situations


Essential Qualifications

1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience in a similar role or industry
2-Year Associate's Degree or 4-Year College Degree in a relevant field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role, with knowledge of intercom and/or other chat platforms being strongly preferred
A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed, with a positive attitude and a one-for-all team mentality
Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and users

Certifications or training in customer support, community engagement, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
