The Opportunity We are seeking an innovative Business Process Automation Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will develop internal AI agent tools that support our Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations functions. You will help build and implement AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, automate routine tasks, and provide business value across our revenue-generating teams. As part of our team, you will be responsible for creating AI agents that can streamline workflows and integrate with our existing revenue systems. You are ideally based in Singapore or available to work in the Asian time zone, as our work is 100% online. This position is full-time.[Preferred candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore or their country of residence at the time of application, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role] Responsibilities Develop AI agent tools to support cross-functional stakeholders - Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Revenue Operations teams Create AI solutions using low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, n8n) that help automate lead qualification, marketing content generation, customer inquiries, and revenue reporting Build tools that enable sales and marketing teams to leverage AI capabilities Integrate AI agents with internal systems Implement dashboards to track AI agent performance and business impact Collaborate with revenue team leaders to understand their workflows and pain points Test and refine AI agents based on user feedback from revenue teams Document how to use AI tools and create training materials for non-technical users Keep up with advancements in AI for sales and marketing applications Troubleshoot issues reported by revenue teams and improve AI tool functionality Qualifications Must have: Experience with low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.) and API integrations Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or support platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Braze) Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Understanding of business processes in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with revenue teams Nice to have: 2-3 years of experience in RevOps, Marketing, or Sales Programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar) Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP and LLMs Experience with business intelligence or analytics tools Bonus: Interest in prompt engineering and LLM optimization Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) What We Offer: Competitive salary and equity package.
