**What You'll Do**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Providing data and analytical support to multiple contact centers, including data extraction, analysis, and reporting
* Developing and maintaining complex data models and databases to support business decision-making
* Analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy and drive growth
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
* Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
**What You'll Need**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics
* At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
* Strong experience with data extraction, control, and analysis from social data sets
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong SQL skills, including experience with database design and development
* Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights and recommendations to stakeholders
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
**Preferred Qualifications**
* A graduate degree in a quantitative field
* Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift or Google BigQuery
* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
* Certification in data analysis or a related field
