Maintain and balance a cash box.

Utilize technology such as Teller Scanning Equipment and Cash Recycling machines.

Support customers in the use of Coin Machines.

Meet customer expectations and achieve service quality standards.

Maintain knowledge and compliance with the Bank's Code of Conduct and policies.

Participate in and complete required training and development experiences.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and high accuracy.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.

Proficient computer skills.

Prior cash handling and/or customer service experience preferred.
