Business Development Representative

Yardi is a pioneer in the property tech industry, seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Business Development Representative. This role involves proactive prospecting, qualifying new business opportunities, and collaborating on lead generation initiatives to drive pipeline growth for Yardi's Breeze products. Responsibilities Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunities within an assigned territory to drive pipeline growth Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate outreach to generate interest in Yardi solutions Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiatives and support campaign execution with research and targeted outreach Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicate the value of Yardi’s offerings to prospective clients Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM; prepare regular reports and meet with management to align on sales strategy and performance Skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education experience Goal-oriented and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal skills Presentation and demonstration skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to research, qualify, cold call, and generate leads Ability to understand and present technical products Highly responsive with proven prospect-centered commitment and focus Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Prior lead generation experience Prior CRM experience Knowledge of the property management industry Benefits 100% paid employee medical premiums Company profit-sharing plan Flexible work arrangements Company Overview Yardi Systems is an IT company that provides end-to-end property and investment management software and services to the real estate sector.
