Position Overview We’re seeking an ambitious Business Development Partner to help us grow the PMR™ marketplace by identifying property managers, investors, and brokers who want to monetize or acquire management portfolios. You’ll be introducing a new concept — how Property Management Rights™ can be bought and sold as an asset — and helping early participants benefit from the first marketplace of its kind. Responsibilities • Source and engage property management companies interested in PMR™ transfers or sales. • Identify SFR and multifamily operators looking to expand via management portfolio acquisitions. • Present the Equity Leases value proposition via phone, email, and video calls. • Coordinate with our team to onboard qualified leads for listing or transaction. • Manage outreach using Apollo CRM and internal Google Sheets trackers. • Represent Equity Leases in industry groups, associations, and online communities. Background in real estate investment sales, property management, or brokerage. • Experience in B2B outreach or relationship-based sales. • Excellent communicator who can confidently explain new concepts. • Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven. • Comfortable working remotely and on a commission-based structure. Compensation • Commission-only position (1099 contractor). • Earn $1,000–$3,000 per completed PMR™ transfer or listing. • Average performers: $3K–$6K/month potential. • Top performers: $10K+/month possible. • Bonuses available for volume-based performance milestones.
