Business Development Manager - Japan (f/m/d)

As a Business Development Manager Japan, you are responsible for acquiring new clients within your assigned sales region and introducing them to our products. You closely cooperate with our international team and together you will be responsible for the achievement of our strategic sales goals.

You will be part of our international Business Development Team. As our ideal candidate, you come with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and sales experience. You convince us with your excellent communication skills (both oral and written), your resistance to stress and your positive mindset.

Tasks

Making cold outbounds to targeted customers.

Owning an entire sales cycle from qualifying leads to closing.

Presenting and selling TrustYou Products to potential clients on the phone, in webinars and on-site.

Conducting negotiations and closing contracts

Planning and managing seminars and exhibitions

Attending seminars and exhibitions to generate leads

Optimizing the process from initial negotiations to order receipt

Preparing proposal materials and quotations

Collaborating with Marketing and Sales operations teams

Requirements

Have a minimum of 3 years of Business Development and corporate sales.

Have prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, but not a must.

Have business level English language skills. Fluency in Korean language is a BIG plus.

Possess excellent interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients

Possess the personal qualities of a winner – self-starter, get-it-done, energetic, persistence, confident decision maker.

Are flexible and eager to work in a team of young aspiring professionals

Enjoy using sales tools

Are experienced in Salesforce CRM
