**Key Responsibilities**
As a Full-Time Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Inventory Management**: Accurately manage and update inventory levels for our brick-and-mortar and online stores, ensuring that products are available for customers to purchase.
* **Data Entry**: Enter purchase orders into our Point of Sale (POS) system, Lightspeed, and edit inventory on Shopify for our website.
* **Order Fulfillment**: Process and fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their products on time and in good condition.
* **Data Analysis**: Analyze sales data and inventory levels to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* **Inventory Control**: Monitor and control inventory levels, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Shopify Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Shopify, with a strong understanding of its features and functionality.
* **Data Entry Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a data entry role, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* **E-commerce Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of online shopping platforms and customer behavior.
* **Lightspeed Experience**: Experience working with Lightspeed is a plus, but not required.
* **Analytical Mind**: A strong analytical mind with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* **Communication and Leadership Skills**: Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* **Interpersonal and Project Management Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
