Bookkeeper (Work from Home)
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing financial records, be proficient in QuickBooks Online, and have experience using Zoho CRM. This is a remote position with occasional travel to California for team meetings and training sessions.
Responsibilities...
Ā Maintain and reconcile accounts using QuickBooks Online
Ā Manage financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and payroll
Ā Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and preparing documents for tax purposes
Ā Track project costs, ensure accurate job costing, and prepare financial summaries for project managers
Ā Generate and send out client invoices based on project milestones and job completion
Ā Collaborate with the team to manage customer accounts and ensure data accuracy in Zoho CRM
Ā Conduct regular financial reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Ā Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes
Ā Manage and track accounts payable and receivable
Ā Provide timely financial updates and reports to management
Qualifications:
Ā Minimum 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Ā Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Zoho CRM is required
Ā Strong knowledge of accounting principles and construction job costing
Ā Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cloud-based tools
Ā Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Ā Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and travel as needed
Ā Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients
Work Environment:
Ā This is a remote, work-from-home position, with occasional travel to California required for meetings and training
Ā Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet space to work
