The Senior Outbound Business Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales through outbound cold calling and lead generation, focusing on new acquisitions in the small and medium business segment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a longer sales cycle while meeting and exceeding sales quotas.ResponsibilitiesConsistently meet and exceed on goals commensurate with job level to include high close ratios, incrementally higher revenue, and multi-product business solutions sell inFocus on new acquisition in small and medium business segment to include advanced product salesPrepare sales documentation for advanced products; work with Sales Engineering and Customer Project Management teams to complete customer solution design and implementationAssist sales customers digitally, via Chat, to complete transactions using the web portal interfaceMaintain and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously to assist sales customers with order entry and sales questionsProvide testing and feedback to assist with deployment and adoption of new products, incentives, systems, and other changes into the sales channelGenerate sales through outbound cold calling and lead follow-up over the telephone using a variety of techniques. Sell Comcast Internet, Voice, and TV services to small and mid-sized business to new and existing customersMeet and exceed all assigned sales quotas and achieve targeted customer experience scorecard metricsManage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skillsConsult with business customers on their business application, solicit referrals for potential new prospects, and close web leadsRegular, consistent and punctual attendance.
