Who We Are:
Aligned Vision Behavior (AVB) is on a mission to provide quality in-home ABA services to clients aged 2 to 21 years old in order to increase skills and reduce behaviors that have been negatively impacting success. We focus on nurturing a collaborative approach between family members, teachers, parents, and providers to ensure sustainability outside of therapy sessions.
Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts provide supervision and mentorship to our Behavior Technicians as they provide in-house services to our clients throughout Maryland. We are looking for individuals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others while working for a growing organization that is truly passionate about supporting its clients and its people.

Responsibilities:
Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions and AVBShare in the achievements of your clients as they develop positive behaviors and learn new skillsProvide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendationsNurture the complex partnership between BT/RBT and client by advocating for client needs, providing proper support to the BT/RBT, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues with care and/or communicationMentor our growing team of full and part-time BTs and RBTs by utilizing your knowledge and experience in the industry to train, orient, and provide insight into various courses of action and methods of treatment
Qualifications
Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related fieldCurrent BCBA license AND current LBA for the State of MarylandExperience working with multiple clients within the home setting is preferredExperience working with children preferredExperience working with challenging/aggressive behavior and the ability to utilize this knowledge to support RBTs while in the field is highly preferredAbility to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessmentsAbility to handle confidential information responsibly
