* Researching and verifying the accuracy of external data sources
* Scrutinizing and designing data to convert into system-friendly formats
* Supporting record directors in meeting requests and requirements
* Utilizing Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
* Participating in special projects and data analysis requests
* Providing customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions or drives
* Developing presentations with data-driven insights for various levels of management
