• Mendota Heights, MN (2345 Waters Drive)
• San Diego, CA (12310 World Trade Drive)

Shift: 9am - 5:30pm central time

Position Summary

Coram/CVS Health is looking for a high-energy healthcare professional to join our National team as a Authorization Specialist! This rewarding opportunity allows you to work closely with our Patient Intake coordinators and insurance providers.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
• Data entry experience.
• Experience working in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience work in a healthcare environment.
• Experience working with healthcare insurance verification or obtaining medical authorizations.
• Experience with specialty infusion medications.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with claim/call center environment.
• Technical skills.
• Problem solving skills
• Negotiation skills.
• Well organized.
• Prioritizes tasks effectively.
• Solid written and oral communication skills.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
