They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to retain and develop existing customer relationships while selling Vertafore products to their largest strategic accounts.ResponsibilitiesExpand Vertafore footprint by selling Vertafore products and services into Vertafore’s largest, net new Strategic customersRetain existing revenue through building and maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionExecute the Vertafore Value Selling ProcessEstablish collaborative relationship and present complex, solution-selling techniques to c-level executivesMake recommendations to c-level customer executives that align business needs to technology solutions and servicesExpeditiously and effectively resolve Strategic customer concernsEngage with Vertafore senior leadership and internal teams to recommend solutions and innovative ideas to better serve and align with the Strategic customerRegularly perform against individual monthly and/or quarterly activity targets tied to revenue expansion and retentionDevelopment and execution of Strategic Account PlansChart and deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline managementEnsure value-selling methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunitiesSkillsAt least 10 years of related software sales and account management experienceProven track record of achieving goals and quotasDemonstrated ability to follow sound business ethics when executing job responsibilities to build and maintain customer confidenceExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong, meaningful c-level client relationshipsUnderstanding of Salesforce.com and other key sales technologies used for Business Development, Opportunity creation and activity trackingExperience within a multi-dimensional operating environment is essential (i.e., not a mono-line, single market environment)Self-motivated and ability to work independentlyBachelor's degree preferredBenefitsVertafore is a Flexible First working environment which allows team members to work from home as often as you�d like, while using our offices as a place for collaboration, community, and teambuilding.Company OverviewVertafore offers software and essential information to address business challenges within the insurance industry.
