[Remote] Analyst, Health Economics & Outcomes Research

They are seeking a data-driven Analyst to join their Health Economics and Outcomes Research team, where the individual will support the development of health economic models and translate clinical outcomes into financial narratives.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development, maintenance, and execution of health economic models (e.g., Budget Impact Models and Cost-Effectiveness Analyses)Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in business intelligence tools to support decision-making and to translate business questions into clear metricsUse SQL to pull and clean data from product and clinical datasets to be used as inputs for economic modelsBuild and update dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health outcomes and cost savings for our partnersSupport literature reviews and evidence synthesis to identify variables and benchmarks for economic modelingPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success teams to provide the data-driven 'proof points' needed to communicate Twinโs value propositionEnsure the accuracy and integrity of data within our reporting ecosystem through rigorous testing and validationOther duties as assignedSkills1โ3 years of experience in data analysis, health economics, or a related field (relevant internships or academic projects are welcomed)Proficiency in SQL and Excel (advanced formulas/modeling) is requiredAbility to distill complex data into clear, concise insights for internal stakeholdersMust be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available at this time)Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Lightdash) and an interest in learning economic modeling softwareA degree in Economics, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field is preferredA strong curiosity for how clinical improvements (like lowering HbA1c) translate into economic savings for employers and insurersBenefitsA competitive compensation package in line with leading technology companiesA remote and accomplished global teamOpportunity for equity participationUnlimited vacation with manager approval16 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for delivering parents; 8 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for non-delivering parents100% Employer sponsored healthcare, dental, and vision for you, and 80% coverage for your family; Health Savings Account and Flexible Spending Account options401k retirement savings planCompany OverviewTwin Health is a metabolic health platform that offers sensors, AI to reverse, prevent and improve chronic metabolic diseases.
