BCBA (Telehealth) – Work from Home, NJ – 5K Bonus
About the position
At Flywheel Centers, our BCBAs thrive when they're supported, focused, and valued. This is a role where you can deliver high-quality ABA care, grow professionally, and enjoy meaningful work-all from the comfort of your own home. This is a 100% Telehealth position, allowing you to provide care remotely with no travel between clients. We offer dedicated support, including a BT Liaison for scheduling and communication, and hands-on clinical support from an engaged Clinical Director and dedicated BCBA supervisor. We also ensure reasonable caseloads for manageable assignments and a clear path for career growth to Lead BCBA or Clinical Director roles.
Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide parent training, and supervise RBTs remotely
• Collaborate with your clinical team to ensure best practices and high-quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation and compliance with QA support
• Participate in ongoing professional development
Requirements
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Active BCBA certification
• Collaborative, ethical, and committed to delivering high-quality care
Benefits
