REMOTE Automation Tester (Playwright/API) Are you passionate about delivering high-quality software and automating testing processes? Join our team as a Quality Automation Tester, specializing in API test automation with Playwright. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright and other automation tools. • Conduct API testing to ensure reliability, performance, and security of backend services. • Execute automated and manual test cases as needed; analyze, document, and report test results. • Identify, report, and track software defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. • Contribute to test planning, requirement analysis, and continuous improvement of the test strategy. Requirements: • Proven experience in software quality assurance, with expertise in test automation. • Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing. • Strong background in API testing (REST, SOAP, etc.) using automation and test management tools. • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes (such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps). • Proficiency in a programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python preferred). • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
