Our client is hiring an Automation Engineer to join their Professional Services team and help deliver scalable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for their product marketplace and customers worldwide.

Role Summary:
As an Automation Engineer, you’ll work closely with internal teams and customers to analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and design scalable automation workflows using Rewst and other low-code automation platforms.
You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end automation lifecycle — from discovery and solution design through development, testing, deployment, and optimization. This role combines technical expertise, customer collaboration, and process improvement to deliver high-quality automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and RPA solutions using Rewst.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including process maps, solution design documents, and test trackers.
• Utilize AI and emerging automation technologies to improve delivery efficiency and innovation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of automation delivery frameworks, standards, and methodologies.
• Support pre-sales activities by assisting with project scoping, effort estimation, and timeline planning.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and provide optimization recommendations.
• Work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams to ensure successful automation implementation.
• Ensure automation solutions meet quality, scalability, and security standards.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience deploying RPA or automation solutions in a customer-facing environment.
• Hands-on experience with one or more RPA or low-code automation platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and automation best practices.
• Familiarity with programming or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Jinja, or similar.
• Experience utilizing AI tools to support or accelerate automation development workflows.
• Strong business process mapping, analysis, and optimization skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
• RPA platform certifications.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with MSP industry tools, workflows, and operational environments.
• Experience working with SaaS or enterprise automation solutions.
• Passion for process optimization, innovation, and scalable automation systems.
Reporting Line and Working Pattern:
• Reports to: Automation Lead, or Head of Delivery
• Fully remote, Philippines-based role
• Collaboration with global teams and customers across multiple time zones
