Associate Technical Product Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Technical Product Manager to join our Platform team. In this role, you will manage our document automation platform service and its associated components, including a template design solution that leverages XSL, Microsoft Workflow Foundation and event-based solutions that leverage Microsoft Power Automate. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our platform.
What You’ll Do:

Oversee the development and management of the document automation cloud service
Manage the on-premises document automation template design solution utilizing Microsoft Workflow Foundation
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define product requirements and roadmaps
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancements
Monitor platform performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials
Assist in the creation of product marketing strategies and materials
Provide support to product, sales and customer service teams to address related inquiries and issues
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in product management or a related role
Strong understanding of document generation, automation, and distribution technologies, including knowledge of solutions including Microsoft Workflow Foundation, Aspose, Saxon, and XSL is a plus
Understanding of Azure technologies including Azure Functions and the Power Platform is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher (CEFR), with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats
