What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 Answer 100 or more inbound customer calls per day
 Schedule 50 or more service appointments per day for customers who need mechanical Maintenance and Repair
 Respond to Vehicle Status, Service Pricing, Warranty, Roadside Assistance, Complaints, or other Automotive inquiries
 Direct non-service appointment calls to the appropriate Dealership personnel
 Utilize multiple computer programs to reference dealership information, customer profiles, and manufacturer guidelines
What Is Required (Qualifications)
 Available to work Monday - Friday and Rotating Saturdays
 Must live in the greater Houston metropolitan area
 Must have at least 6 months recent customer service experience
 High-speed internet connection of > 20 mbps Upload and > 20 mbps Download
 Quiet home office suitable for remote call center, customer service work

 Excellent verbal & written communication skills
 Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
 Familiar with automotive terminology and vehicle components
 Capable of delivering quality results at all times
 Excellent customer service and complaint resolution abilities
