Associate Consultant - Syntrinsic

The role involves managing client service logistics, maintaining client records, and assisting with onboarding and performance reporting.ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate client records, documents, and correspondence within CRM and performance reporting systemsExecute and monitor trade instructions and coordinate with custodians to ensure proper settlementProcess money movements including contributions, withdrawals, and capital calls, ensuring compliance with client authorizations and internal controlsPrepare and deliver quarterly performance reportsLiaise with custodians, investment managers, and vendors to confirm data accuracy and resolve discrepanciesReview and manage subscription and redemption documents for investment managers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission, owning back-end executionAssist with onboarding new clients, including data collection, account set-up, and operational workflow implementationParticipate in process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting, data reconciliation, and compliance trackingSupport project management efforts related to investment research, client transitions, and technology upgradesSkillsMust be a Registered Investment Advisor Representative.
