Using its unparalleled resources and award-winning talent in the areas of Customer Care, Fulfillment and Logistics, and Marketing Services, Harte Hanks has a proven track record of driving results for some of the world's premier brands.Position OverviewWe are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to help design and delivery of our enterprise Business Intelligence reporting and dashboard solutions.Typical engagements include campaign reporting, KPI and benchmark analysis, and end-to-end development, automation and production of marketing and business dashboards for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesOwns hands-on improvement of key KPIs (CSAT, productivity, quality, etc.), not just reporting on themDesigns and runs small pilots and experiments to test changes in training, staffing, or processesMeasures before-and-after impact to see what actually moves outcomesUses data (SQL, Excel, Tableau/BI tools) to drive real operational decisionsApplies basic statistical or modeling techniques (Python a plus) to validate resultsBrings a Lean / Six Sigma mindset to identify waste and improve workflowsStays close to the business, partnering with operations to fix real problems—not just analyze them RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, Math or a related technical field.constraints, triggers, views, stored procedures and functions, packages, and typesExperience with Tableau Desktop/Server based on dashboard developmentStrong business analysis skills and project management skillsKnowledge of relational databases, database structure/design and SQL query writing.Experience with large BI/Data Warehouse projectsExperience working with different data sources (Oracle/SQL Server/Flat file/Excel), extracting, manipulating with the data and loading into databasesHigh level of proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)Knowledge of PowerBI, Alteryx and other BI tools preferredHighly analytical problem solverAbility to multi-task, understand and be responsive to internal/external client needs, and work under tight deadlinesExcellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skillsFully capable to work independently and be self-directed in their roleDemonstrate a desire to remain current with industry technologies and standards10-15% travel requirementWhat We OfferGroup Health and Wellness (Medical, Dental, and Vision)100% Remote WorkHealth Savings Account (HSA)Educational AssistanceVoluntary plans, including critical illness, accident, and hospitalization401k plan with Company Match and Roth contributions | Immediate vestingPet Insurance, free legal services, employee discount programs, and more….
