Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise in one or more information technology disciplines to support the organization's technical infrastructure.
Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
Troubleshoot most... application problems independently.
Possess and apply working knowledge of at least one technology environment to address and resolve problems.
Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.
Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.
Share knowledge effectively within the work team.
The ideal candidate will have:
Knowledge and experience with EPIC EHR
At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Developer T-SQL, SSIS and SQL Agent Jobs
At least 2 years of experience developing EPIC reports and extracts
Knowledge, experience and certification with the Epic Cogito Clarity SQL Server database
Usage of Big Query (BQ) on the Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Google Workspace
Requirements
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
