As a Vendor Administrator at Lithia & Driveway, you’ll play an important role in supporting the integrity and compliance of our vendor operations. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Finance Operations, or Auditing while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced corporate environment. You’ll partner across teams to maintain accurate vendor records, support reporting and compliance efforts, and help drive process improvements that support operational excellence across the organization.
Location: Medford, OR ( hybrid ideal, open to remote)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST
Compensation Range: $16.85-$24.05/hr, with a typical starting range of $20.00-$21.00/hr. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain vendor records while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Audit vendor data for accuracy and identify opportunities for process improvement
Collect, review, and verify certificates of insurance
Support year-end 1099 processing activities
Generate and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual vendor reporting
What You’ll Bring:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Sense of urgency with the ability to manage deadlines effectively
Excellent communication and data analysis skills
Understanding of vendor administration and compliance practices
Accounts payable experience preferred
