Job Description:
As an Amazon Logistics Courier, you will be an integral part of our delivery team, responsible for delivering packages and documents to customers in a safe and timely manner. You will be expected to handle packages of varying sizes and weights and ensure their safe and efficient delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as you will be representing our company directly to our customers.
Responsibilities:
– Load and unload packages from delivery vehicles.
– Deliver packages to customers in a safe and timely manner.
– Use navigation apps to determine the best route.
– Maintain communication with the dispatch team.
– Handle customer queries and complaints.
– Follow safety and traffic rules.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
– Ability to lift heavy packages.
– Good navigational and time management skills.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
