Airbnb / Vacation Rental Cleaner
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to take on airbnb / vacation rental units. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.

WE WILL NOT HIRE CONTRACTORS OR INTERVIEW CONTRACTORS THAT DO NOT HAVE PROPER INSURANCE FOR THEM AND/OR THEIR EMPLOYEES
Any potential contractor must have GREATER or EQUAL our policy limit listed below
- $1 Million per occurrence
-$2 Million per aggregate
- Workers comp ( four or more part- or full-time employees, including corporate officers and Limited Liability Company (LLC) members. )

Responsibilities
? Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
? Launder linens and other materials as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
? Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
? Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
Requirements
? Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred.
? Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care practices is a plus.
? Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
? Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work standards.
? Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments, including hotels and private residences.
? Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
