Airbnb Guest Service Rep Familiar With Guesty/Operto Teams - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a virtual assistant who is an excellent multitasker and can seamlessly switch from one thing on the to-do list to the next. Being a proficient communicator above all else is a must. You must be fluent in English and be able to speak clearly on the phone to guests and vendors. GUEST RELATIONS: ⚡ Experience with Guesty is required. ⚡Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates as our brand with our travelers. MUST have deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT ⚡Must be comfortable speaking English on the phone and have the ability to use a VoiP to speak with guests and vendors ⚡ Screen Potential Guests ⚡ Provide Support For Guests / Resolve guest's issues in various booking platforms ⚡ Respond To Guest Inquiries ⚡ Communicate and escalate issues to Management via Slack ⚡ Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status ⚡ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO or other platforms COMPANY TASKS: ⚡ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams ⚡ Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement ⚡ Build, manage and report in-house maintenance labor ⚡ Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management You must be available and reliable in CST and Eastern United States time zones with perfect English and grammar. Shifts are Wednesday-Friday 7am-3pm Central with immediate availability. This position is a temporary, 12 week position while a team member is on maternity leave.
