We are looking for a dependable, polished, and motivated Agency Manager to be the cornerstone of our remote office. Key Responsibilities Ensure the office is open, operational, and running smoothly on a daily basis — your consistent presence and ownership of the office is essential. Provide hands-on coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day coordination to support team members in reaching their full potential. Handle customer appointments with professionalism, identifying insurance needs and recommending the right solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication, follow-up, and a genuine commitment to service. Proactively reach out to customers to cross-sell and round out accounts, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual agency goals. Manage and track all client interactions and office activity in Salesforce CRM with accuracy and attention to detail. Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and personalize the customer experience. Oversee compliance with established policies and procedures and ensure all daily tasks, follow-ups, and policy changes are completed accurately and on time. Monitor business metrics and contribute to marketing initiatives and community outreach to support agency growth. Maintain a professional office environment and uphold the agency's reputation for excellence. What We're Looking For Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, ideally in an insurance, financial services, or customer-facing environment. Proven ability to be reliable and present — someone who takes ownership and follows through until issues are fully resolved. Strong verbal and written communication skills — polished, professional, and confident even in high-pressure situations. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Strong computer literacy including CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and AI-based productivity tools. Property & Casualty and Life & Health License required. Securities License 6, 63, or 65 required (or willingness to obtain). Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
