[Remote] Partner Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will support the Partner Marketing team with event logistics, campaign operations, and cross-functional coordination across the broader marketing team.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute event logistics in support of Partner Marketing events, including swag shipments, calendar invites, SFDC campaign creation, QR code creation, raffle form setup, etcAssist with setting up and maintaining event documentation, ensuring all event details and logistics are accurate and up to dateCollaborate with Marketing Operations to build, QA, and schedule emails in Marketo and Splash, ensuring proper timing, audience segmentation, and adherence to suppression rules based on content provided by Partner Marketing ManagersCreate event assets using templates - including Splash landing pages, Marketo banners, landing page graphics, and social media imagesManage creation and updates of SFDC campaigns; maintain campaign naming conventions, status, budget, and engagement detailsExecute list load processes for post-event lead uploads into SFDC; ensure all campaign member statuses, notes, and routing rules are correctly appliedCollaborate with Partner Marketing and Social Media teams to build, schedule, and maintain event-related social media content, ensuring brand alignment and accurate promotion timelinesManage Webflow updates to promote upcoming events, including publishing landing pages and tracking content versions across regionsSupport cross-functional teams - including Channel, Field Marketing, Strategic Events, and EMEA Field Marketing - with logistical and operational support as neededMonitor and complete assigned tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met and all necessary stakeholders are updatedShare updates via Slack and Asana on key event deliverables, including SFDC campaign completions and list load linksSkills1–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support (internship or agency experience acceptable)Exceptional attention to detail and time management skillsProactive, self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeFamiliarity with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Workspace, and Slack preferredUnderstanding of basic event planning and marketing campaign workflowsProficiency with project management tools like Asana or similar platformsStrong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to execute event logistics with precision and consistencyCapacity to follow templates, processes, and naming conventions across systemsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently or escalate appropriatelyStrong collaborator who can work cross-functionally with multiple teamsAbility to adapt to evolving priorities and respond with a positive, team-first mindsetFamiliarity with social media publishing tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and confident creating and resizing graphics for LinkedIn and other channels using Figma or similar toolsHigh sense of ownership and accountability for your workEager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment"No task is too small" attitude - willing to do what it takes to get the job doneEnthusiastic and solution-oriented when faced with challengesDesire to grow into a more senior marketing role over timeBenefitsAbility to work remotely, with office setup reimbursementCompetitive salaryUnlimited PTOPaid holidays and sick timeHealth, vision, and dental insuranceLife, short and long-term disability insuranceCompany OverviewCyera is an AI-powered data security platform that gives enterprises deep context on their data to assure cyber-resilience and compliance.
