What You’ll Do
As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a critical role in driving performance for our Lead Generation and Pay-Per-Call campaigns in the US market. Your responsibilities include:
• Building Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with affiliates to drive consistent revenue growth.
• Affiliate Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates promoting through Google Ads & Facebook Ads to expand and strengthen our network.
• Campaign Strategy & Optimization: Design, execute, and refine affiliate campaigns to achieve maximum performance and ROI.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate activities, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Compliance: Uphold affiliate program policies and maintain adherence to industry standards.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 3+ years in affiliate marketing with a proven focus on lead generation and pay-per-call campaigns (US market preferred).
• Proven Success: A track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs effectively.
• Tech Proficiency: Expertise in affiliate tracking platforms like TrackDrive, Ringba, Everflow, Offers18 or similar tools, and solid knowledge of analytics tools, Excel is an added advantage.
• Strong Communicator: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Conversational English is mandatory.
• Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a passion for performance marketing and delivering measurable results.
