The Account Executive position involves maintaining and building professional relationships with clients, providing training, support, and ensuring compliance with DMV regulations.ResponsibilitiesTrain dealership personnel on the use of VituMeet with dealership management to review processes and procedures pertaining to their DMV paperworkMonitor dealer error rates, active user list, and RIA/Dealer licenses to ensure compliance with DMV's regulationsMaintain a strong business relationship with key dealership personnelProvide Vitu/VITU support via phone, chat and email as neededDeliver exceptional customer service and support by being responsive and proactive to customer needsClient Advocate - Suggests improvements to the program on behalf of the client and addresses client issues and concernsCompliance - Ensure that the dealership is following DMV EVR & RIA procedures and regulations by conducting compliance auditsDMV Support - The AE will be called on by clients to answer or find the answer to complex DMV issuesNavigate a dealer's DMS to ensure that it is calculating DMV fees properlyConduct DMV fee training both in-person and via webinarSkillsExperience with Reports of Sale and other related DMV documents for both new and used vehiclesExperience with DMV accounting and bundle reconciliationEVR program knowledge (E-filing)Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processingExperience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settingsAble to use various PC programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google DriveAble to effectively communicate with high level ExecutivesAble to work independently with limited supervisionTravel is required up to 150 milesRequires an individual with excellent communication, retention and training skillsTroubleshooting and problem-solving skills are a mustStrong writing skills, and attention to detailMust be familiar with various DMS systems that are used by Vitu clientsA clean driving record and current State driver license is requiredAccount management in a business to business environment is preferredDMV title and registration experience is preferredBenefitsHealthcare Coverage for you and your family covering Medical, Dental & VisionTax Advantage accounts such as Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Generous PTOPet InsuranceRetirement PlanningID Theft InsuranceLife and Disability InsuranceCommuter BenefitsAccident & Hospital, Critical Illness InsuranceTuition ReimbursementCompany OverviewVitu is a Developer of vehicle-to-Government technological innovator It was founded in 2005, and is headquartered in Agoura Hills, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
