**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our pharmacy operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient data entry, processing, and management across various systems and platforms. Your expertise will help us maintain high-quality patient care, streamline operations, and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform accurate and efficient data entry, processing, and management across various systems and platforms, including pharmacy management software, electronic health records, and other relevant systems.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards for data management and security.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other stakeholders to resolve data-related issues, answer questions, and provide support.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including pharmacy operations, IT, and customer service.
* Participate in process improvements, quality assurance initiatives, and training programs to enhance data entry and management processes.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in data management and security.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare administration, computer science, or business administration).
* Current licensure as a registered pharmacist in the states within the region.
* Experience performing data entry and management tasks in a healthcare or retail setting.
* Strong understanding of pharmacy management software, electronic health records, and other relevant systems.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and management, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, and pharmacy software and technology systems.
* Familiarity with arenaflex's pharmacy management software and other relevant systems.
* Experience with data analysis, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.
