Account Executive

The Account Executive will serve as a liaison between clients and the creative team, managing client programs and ensuring the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities Develops, manages and executes client programs including, but not limited to, the following activities: Preparation of and leading brainstorms Timeline and budget development/maintenance Vendor meetings and management Financial management (estimating time and costs, written estimates, cost-to-dates/tracking, invoices) Participates in deck development and client presentations Writes effective/actionable briefs, ensuring creative has all the necessary and relevant information Draws presentation decks and presents to mid-level clients Mentors Assistant Account Executives Provides direction to creative and production via standard forms (job starts, change orders, mechanical orders) and communication Knowledge of technical aspects and techniques related to creative and print/digital production Supports Senior Account Executive in development/application of objectives, strategies, background and competitive activity Responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of strategic digital initiatives, including but not limited to: social media marketing campaigns, retail connected experiences, mobile, digital commerce and video/app content development Skills BA/BS in Business/ Marketing and/or equivalent experience 1-3 Years of Agency Experience Builds internal/external relationships with clients and internal team Proactive communication with clients to fully understand project needs Proactively identifies and formulates solutions to potential project challenges Embodies the values and culture of the agency Knowledge of technical aspects and techniques related to creative and print/digital production Benefits Flexible vacation time Great learning and development opportunities Benefits that help you live your best life Parental leave and benefits Volunteering opportunities Company Overview Flywheel’s unified best-in-class services combine tailored expertise with cutting-edge software solutions to achieve a singular goal: To pioneer the future of commerce and inspire a new standard of partnership.
