As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of business intelligence and analytics. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, optimize operations, and improve customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Assemble comprehensive analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provide critical support to business initiatives and decision-making processes. * Respond to key business questions and provide expert knowledge on various trade streams on D+ and Hulu to enhance customer experiences and drive conversions. * Advance the scientific capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products. * Utilize data perception tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Employ clear and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behavior and preferences, and drive business impact across the organization. **Essential Qualifications** * Unwavering curiosity, high intellectual and analytical strength, and an enthusiastic pursuit of data-driven insights and business results. * A Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering). * 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale. * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements, to a compelling story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome. * Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners.
