The Role: Retail Sales Representative - Entry Level As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch customer service and driving sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive Sales Growth: Generate retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network. Uncover Customer Needs: Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Provide Solution Recommendations: Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution. Close Sales: Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions. Continuous Development: Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operational functions across merchandising and inventory. Refine Sales Skills: Refine your sales skills through outbound calls to current customers interested in our products and services. Our total rewards package includes: Competitive Salary: An annual salary of $43,000 to $56,000, including a base salary, team-based commission, and opportunities to earn individual incentives. Full-Time Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness offerings, a 6% 401(k) match, stock awards, and more. Paid Leave: Over 4 weeks of paid leave (covering vacation, holidays, and personal days). Tuition Assistance: Up to $8K yearly in tuition assistance. Requirements: To be successful in this role, you'll need: Education: High school diploma or GED. Work Experience: One or more years of work experience. Availability: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance). Flexibility: Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
