Account Coordinator, Data and Media

Ibotta is a leading performance marketing platform seeking an Account Coordinator to join their innovative team. This role involves supporting Account Managers, working directly with clients, and contributing to the onboarding and management of accounts while promoting major CPG brands. Responsibilities Support Account Managers in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts Work directly with clients to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and answer ad hoc questions Support sales and account management activities including but not limited to working directly with brand partners, creating client facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses (recaps), and helping drive incremental revenue Build and distribute custom and syndicated audiences for targeted advertising campaigns Create and monitor seasonal audiences to optimize for increased revenue Manage customer retention marketing (CRM) files from active clients using Ibotta’s boost offering Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere Skills Technical Skills: G Suite Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint High attention to detail and organizational skills Self-motivated and proactive Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment 1-2 years working in a fast paced environment Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Salesforce experience a plus Benefits Flexible time off Benefits package (including medical, dental, vision) Employee Stock Purchase Program 401k match Paid parking Snacks Occasional meals Company Overview Ibotta is a web and mobile application.
