What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in medical insurance, medical claims, or medical billing
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Must possess exceptional communication and phone etiquette
High-speed internet availability and ability to work from home
Must be available for an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday between 7 am and 8 pm

Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Familiarity with insurance verification processes
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service
