Role: 100% Remote-QA Automation Engineer-W2 Only Duration: Long-term project (12+ months)/Full Time Location: Remote Role Overview We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to own and drive quality engineering efforts across web, API, database, and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with automation, CI/CD pipelines, and performance testing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities • Follow established QA processes and implement automated testing across all workstreams to improve efficiency and quality. • Own the test strategy, including test planning, execution, and reporting. • Design and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing for: • Front-end applications • APIs • Databases • Mobile applications (Android & iOS) • Build and configure CI/CD pipelines to support automated testing in multi-cloud environments. • Perform performance and load testing using JMeter. • Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks. • Create and manage automated test suites using Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber. • Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA, and actively participate in defect triage discussions. • Troubleshoot issues, debug failures, and apply strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. • Contribute to continuous improvement by introducing new QA tools, practices, and standards. Required Experience & Qualifications • 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. • Strong hands-on experience with Java and SQL Server. • Proven experience with API testing and backend validation. • Experience working in agile, fast-changing project environments.
