Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented YouTube Strategist to join our fast growing marketing agency that helps the USs top-ranked real estate teams with their social media and digital marketing. Your role is to provide exceptional project management and quality control. This critical role coordinates between clients and our fulfillment team to ensure flawless execution.

Core Responsibilities
Project Management: Organize client projects and requests in Asana. Ensure all relevant information is provided to fulfillment team. Track progress and proactively communicate with clients on timelines and milestones.
Quality Control: Thoroughly review all client deliverables including videos, graphics, and written content before delivery. Check for any errors, inconsistencies, or areas needing improvement.
Client Communication: Address client queries promptly, politely & professionally via email/chat. Keep clients updated on project status, changes, or delays. Schedule and calendar client calls.
Organization: Maintain meticulously detailed notes and project information in Notion. Ensure teammates have access to all relevant client details needed to fulfill requests.
Attention to Detail: Review details thoroughly and accurately. Proactively identify any issues, no matter how small, before client delivery.
Requirements
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Proficient with Project management tools like Asana preferred (or Trello, Monday, Notion, etc.), communication platforms like Slack (similar to WhatsApp but better for teams), and Google Suite
Strong time management and organizational skills
Polite, patient, and professional communication
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
Results
95% of projects are delivered on time with little to no errors

Pay starting range is included in the job posting and varies based on your skill, hours worked, etc.
This job is completely remote and may start part time or full time depending on the right fit, but it 100% becomes full time.
