YouTube Editor for Founder / Entrepreneur Long-Form Content
We are looking for a skilled video editor to turn raw long-form founder and entrepreneur footage into polished YouTube content.
Most raw footage will be around 3 to 3.5 hours per episode. The main priority is taking that footage, cleaning it up, improving pacing, removing weak or repetitive parts, and shaping it into a strong long-form YouTube video that is actually watchable and engaging.
This role also includes uploading the finished video to YouTube with the correct title, description, thumbnail, and overall presentation. Short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts may be added later as a second phase, but the main focus right now is long-form YouTube.
What we need:
-Edit 3 to 3.5 hours of raw footage into a strong long-form YouTube video
-Remove dead space, repetition, filler, and weak sections
-Improve pacing, structure, and watchability
-Add light polish where needed, such as captions, simple graphics, music, zooms, or transitions
-Help prepare or coordinate the thumbnail
-Write or help write a strong title and description
-Upload and schedule the finished video on YouTube properly
-Potentially identify short-form moments later for clipping and posting
Ideal candidate:
-Strong video editing skills
-Good storytelling and pacing instincts
-Strong written and spoken English
-Able to create clean YouTube titles and descriptions without heavy correction
-Reliable, organized, and responsive
-Experience with YouTube, founder content, vlogs, documentary-style editing, or entrepreneur content
