YouTube Editing Manager, Producer
Description: • Manage the entire production of 100 YouTube videos per month across educational talking-head formats • Oversee production for 10 creators (each posting 10 videos/month) • Choose video titles for each channel based on YouTube trends, audience, and conversion potential • Coordinate with creators to refine titles, scripts, recordings, and edits • Hire and manage a scriptwriter to write all 100 scripts per month using advanced AI tactics and review all scripts • Hire and manage a thumbnail designer to create all 100 thumbnails plus variations and review thumbnails • Hire and manage editors responsible for editing all 100 videos per month and review edits • Manage the production schedule and publish all 100 videos per month across creators' channels on a regular cadence Requirements: • 1+ year of previous experience as a producer or editor in charge of creating high-quality educational talking-head videos • Must have past experience producing or editing at least one YouTube talking head video that received over 100k views (application requires link) • Deep understanding of the YouTube platform, current trends, titles, thumbnails, and edits • Extremely self-motivated with a strong desire to learn how to scriptwrite utilizing AI and manage the content creation process • Very detailed and process-oriented to manage a complex 100+ video/month operation • Desire to work in a high-pressure, results-only environment • Must be able to work 40+ hours per week • Application requires links to videos and confirmation of being the lead or sole producer/editor for linked videos Benefits: • $45,000 per year base salary • Monthly bonus pool based on CourseCareers' YouTube profits (could range $0 - $10,000+ per month) • Remote full-time position • Opportunity to make a substantial amount of money based on video performance Apply tot his job
