Remote HR Generalist (India)
Rex.zone features remote, full-time HR Generalist roles focused on end-to-end HR operations for distributed teams. You will support onboarding/offboarding, HRIS accuracy, employee relations, policy compliance, and coordination with payroll and benefits partners while working across time zones.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, documentation)
ā¢ Maintain HRIS data accuracy, employee records, and SOPs
ā¢ Partner with managers on performance-cycle administration, feedback practices, and documentation
ā¢ Handle employee relations topics with confidentiality, empathy, and consistent policy application
ā¢ Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave management with internal/external partners
ā¢ Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations (including cross-border considerations when applicable)
ā¢ Support recruiting logistics (interview scheduling, candidate communications, offer paperwork)
ā¢ Contribute to engagement initiatives, training coordination, and HR reporting dashboards
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 3ā7 years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience in remote or distributed environments
ā¢ Working knowledge of onboarding, employee relations, HRIS administration, and policy compliance
ā¢ Strong written communication for policies, SOPs, and employee-facing guidance
ā¢ Comfort collaborating across time zones and global stakeholders
ā¢ High attention to detail and confidentiality with sensitive data
Preferred Qualifications
ā¢ Experience with HRIS/ATS tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, HiBob, Rippling, SAP SuccessFactors)
ā¢ Exposure to multi-country HR operations and remote-first policies
ā¢ Experience with basic HR analytics, dashboards, and routine reporting
