Yardi Lease Data Specialist

They are seeking a Yardi Lease Data Specialist who will be responsible for maintaining the Yardi Commercial Management database, inputting property and lease information, and managing lease communications.ResponsibilitiesMaintain Yardi Commercial Management database of recordAccurately and timely input property and lease information for newly acquired propertiesAccurately and timely input all changes in property status due to changes, to include, but not limited to tenancy, developments and expansions, takings and condemnationsAccurately and timely input all changes to tenant notice and billing informationCreate and maintain clear, concise records of audited checklists and notify internal parties upon completion, as necessaryKeep database updated with current information, including, but not limited to updates to Notice addresses, property addresses, Tenant dba name and Tenant payment methodsAbility to review and interpret lease provisions including, but not limited to Term, Parties under the Lease(s), and Rent figuresTimely compile, verify, and provide primary review of property and lease information for new property acquisitions and accurately transfer data into YardiParticipate in Yardi testing as needed to include updated DAS templates and test databases related to company initiativesRun reports and review dashboards to ensure the data represented in the system is current and accurateTrack and follow-up with necessary parties for documentation and update Yardi as neededEnsure internal transaction tracking spreadsheets accurately reflect relevant and complete information for each reporting periodCompile and distribute monthly reports to various internal teamsManage communications regarding lease renewal options with tenants and the department, as appropriateEnsure Landlord obligations are performed, and the database reflects accurately as to dates and rental amounts as necessarySkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year college or university is preferredInternship or work experience in the RE/REIT industry is preferredYardi experience strongly preferredAbility to identify information to clarify a situation, seek that information from appropriate, multiple sources and use skillful questioning to abstract the informationNotices discrepancies and inconsistencies in available informationExcellent attention-to-detail skills; ability to monitor own work and work of others for completeness and accuracyStrong oral and written communication skills and presentation abilities, including the ability to communicate complex ideas to large groups and managementAbility to cultivate and maintain positive, working relationshipsExcellent PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and YardiBenefitsHealthcare, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents401(k)-retirement plan has a company match of 50% up to 6% of eligible compensationOther wellness, financial, and work/lifestyle-specific benefitsGenerous PTO accrual12 paid holidaysPaid volunteer timeCompany OverviewRealty Income, The Monthly Dividend Company®, is an S&P 500 company and member of the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats® index.
