This person must be detail-oriented, have strong customer service values, excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This role will also work closely with the Workplace and Facilities Manager on projects and daily operations. What You’ll Do Demonstrate excellent customer service to guests and Veeva employees concerning office-related requests.Provides the first impression to clients, partners, potential employees, and Veevans. Act as an ambassador for the company.Vendor coordination - ability to work with multiple vendorsInventory management, planning, ordering supplies, budget tracking and reportsDaily operations - facilities and building maintenance requests, security access key cards, mail/shippingCoordinate special events; planning and execution of team building, networking, and social eventsProject coordination, tracking and execution Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in office administration or office/services coordinationExcellent customer service skills and communication/interpersonal skillsStrong verbal communication and organization skillsAble to juggle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracySelf-starter with positive, can-do attitudeAbility to adjust to changing environmentsIntermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and general computer skills. Adapts quickly to new technologyAbility to lift up to 25 lbs Nice to Have Preferred: Post-secondary educationExperience in events and customer serviceExperience in vendor/accounts managementDeep understanding of Google applicationsHealth and safety knowledge; JHSC, First Aid, Fire WardenExperience in a tech company Perks & Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurancePTO and company-paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving program Compensation Base pay: $45,000 - $75,000 CADThe salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
