You will be responsible for designing, creating, and maintaining comprehensive workforce dashboards and predictive models, leveraging advanced analytical tools and methodologies. This includes generating insightful reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as headcount, attrition rates, productivity metrics, skill gaps, and talent pipeline health. Key Responsibilities
β€’ Develop and maintain complex workforce planning models and forecasts to predict future staffing needs.
β€’ Analyze key workforce data, including headcount, attrition, productivity, and skill gaps, to identify trends and insights.
β€’ Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards on workforce metrics for various stakeholders.
β€’ Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Finance teams to gather data and align workforce plans with business objectives.
β€’ Conduct scenario planning and impact analysis for business changes, technological advancements, and market shifts.
β€’ Provide actionable recommendations based on workforce analysis to optimize resource allocation and talent strategies.
β€’ Ensure data integrity and consistency across all workforce planning initiatives.
β€’ Participate in the continuous improvement of workforce planning processes and tools.
β€’ Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and conviction.

Required Skills
β€’ Proficiency in advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)
β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β€’ Experience with workforce planning software or HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
β€’ Excellent data visualization and presentation skills
β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
β€’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
